Useful information

Hotel:

Our hotel is located in the main street of the charming village of Champéry, facing the "Dents-du-Midi" and only 5 minutes walk or 1 minute shuttle bus or little train from the cable car departure. They circulate free of charge and stop directly in front of our ski room’s door.

We have a Spa, a comfortable lounge with fireplace for relaxing moments as well as a terrace in front, a lounge terrace between the buildings (in summer) and a playroom for kids.

Arrival and departure :

Check-in time: 3pm to 7pm.

Check-out time: Until 11:30am.

If you plan to arrive after the regular check-in times, we kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time in advance.

As a small family-run hotel, it is possible that in this case the check-in procedure will be simplified.

We will then leave an envelope at the reception with all the necessary information for your arrival.

Late Check-out:

For the rate of 60 CHF, you can take advantage of a "late check-out" or late departure, in order to have your room beyond 11:30 am until a maximum of 2:30 pm, depending on availability; this must be verified upon request.

Breakfast :

The breakfast buffet is available from 8am to 10am.

If you wish to have breakfast earlier, please inform us in advance. A special arrangement will be made for this.

Evening tea:

Tea is available every evening from 8pm.

Parking | Covered parking spaces:

We have 8 covered parking spaces and 3 to 6 outdoor spaces depending on the season around the house. During the summer season, there is a free public parking at a 3min walking distance.

If you reserve in advance, you can have a covered parking space. Please note that these are in double lanes setting, so your car keys must be left at the reception for the duration of your stay. We keep them in a safe and you can get them back whenever you need them, on request at the reception.

Spa "Nuage" :

Our Spa of 120m2 is accessible to adults only (from 16 years old, accompanied by an adult as of 18 years old) and included in the room reservation. Beware, our Spa has no nudist zone.

Massage:

We have 2 massage rooms (Solo and Duo) and a team of external masseuse. It is possible to book a massage, on request and ideally 24 hours in advance, or according to the availability of the masseuses.

Half-board:

Half board is available in our or one of our Partner Restaurant at a price of 55 CHF per adult and 30 CHF per child (up to 12 years) per day. Half board must be booked in advance and for the entire duration of your stay. If you wish to make use of it, please confirm it to us.

Additional information for the winter season:

Ski passes:
We can take care of ordering your ski passes. We are at your disposal if you wish to take advantage of this service.

Ski lockers:
We have some ski lockers at your disposal (4 pairs maximum per locker) at the arrival of the cable car in Planachaux. This way, you avoid having to carry your skis through the village and to the hotel.

Stay from 1-4 nights : 45 CHF

Stay from 5 nights and more : 90 CHF

Additional information for the summer season:

MultiPass:
The MultiPass is available each year between mid-June and mid-September. It is included in your stay and gives you access to more than 60 activities (free or at a reduced rate) in the 12 village-resorts of the Portes du Soleil.
